The BeanBox is a rental box option where we hold your order for up to 6 weeks. This allows you to combine multiple orders, such as items from future releases, and save on shipping costs.
Once you're ready to ship, or when the 6-week period ends, we'll send you a separate payment request for the shipping fee. After payment, your box will be shipped.
The BeanBoxes take up quite a bit of space in our small studio. So we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:

Please pay the shipping costs within 6 weeks.

If your BeanBox reaches a total value of €300 or more, we will ask you to settle shipping costs sooner.

If your BeanBox includes a pre-ordered item that hasn’t arrived yet, we’ll ship everything together once it does, unless you tell us otherwise.

Prices are locked in at the time you place your order. Any later discounts, sales, or promotions do not apply to items already in your BeanBox.

We do not accept cancellations or refunds for items that have been in your BeanBox for more than 24 hours.

If you request a cancellation or exchange after 24 hours, we can offer you store credit minus a 20% handling fee. You can use this credit for future orders or to pay for shipping.

Please always place your orders through the webshop. We do not accept orders via email or direct messages.

Shipping Risks & BeanBox Advice
While we work with trusted postal and courier services, there’s always a small risk that a package may get lost or damaged in transit. As the sender, we take responsibility when that happens, and we do insure some high-value shipments so refunds are possible.
That said, we completely understand the disappointment of missing out on stationery you've carefully collected especially since many of our items come from small studios and independent artists. Once they’re sold out or discontinued, they might not return.
To avoid heartbreak (for both you and us!), we strongly recommend closing your BeanBox once its value reaches around €300. For very large boxes, we may choose to split the shipment into smaller parcels to reduce risk.
