The Take A Note Slim Biweek Planner is an undated journal which can fit into the TRAVELER'S NOTEBOOK. It includes three formats: monthly plan, weekly plan and grid note pages. The 52gsm white Japanese Tomoe River Paper is perfect for fountain pens, which is light and easy to carry.

In this design, note space is added to both the monthly and weekly plans to provide more flexibility for users. The monthly plan is redesigned with a vertical layout which provides more writing space. A simple SLIM WEEKLY PLANNER can provide ample itinerary planning and note-taking functions.
